Where are your products shipped from?
Evervanta is managed from our administrative headquarters in Hoofddorp, The Netherlands. To provide our customers with high-quality fashion at competitive prices, we utilize a global logistics network. Orders are fulfilled and dispatched directly from our international distribution centers.
How long does delivery take?
Estimated delivery time is 7–10 business days for transit, following a 1–3 business day handling period. Most orders arrive within a total window of 8–13 business days. Please note that delays may occasionally occur due to high demand or courier regional factors.
Can I modify or cancel my order?
To ensure fast processing, any changes or cancellations must be requested before 08:00 PM (CET) on the day of your purchase. Once an order has entered the fulfillment process, modifications may not be possible.
